Description
Live Instructor Online Training
Online D Course is Monday – Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM each day (one hour for lunch).
Throughout the course, students will be presented with spontaneous challenges to confirm their attendance. If you fail to respond to two consecutive challenges, you won’t be credited for that particular lesson.
Students have visual and audio access to the instructor, but the instructor cannot see or hear the students. You can communicate with the instructor via a chat box, and rest assured, your messages remain private as other students can’t view them.
The test comprises 170 questions, with a time limit of four hours. Once started, you must complete the exam. Should you not complete it, it will be considered a “fail”, granting you only one more attempt. A failure on this second try means you’ll need to redo the entire course. However, you can choose to take the exam whenever it suits you.
Course Requirements
- Complete 40 hours of instructional training.
- Achieve a score of 80% or higher on the end-of-course examination.
- Ensure computer and internet connectivity with both video and audio capabilities.
- Provide a U.S. state or federal-issued photo ID. This must be uploaded to your student portal and displayed daily for attendance verification.
- Attend the full 40-hour course duration and complete the exam.
Course Outcome On successfully finishing this training, students become eligible to apply for the Florida Security D license. Nation Security Training will provide the completion certificate (form # FDACS 16103) to the student, which will also be shared with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
